Duct Cleaning

Dirt, pollen, smoke, pet hair, dust mites, and microorganisms can accumulate inside ducting over time. This can increase the occurrence of respiratory problems and illness when using heating and air conditioning systems. Clean ducting also eliminates the musty, stale smell that occurs when starting a system at the beginning of the heating or cooling season. Dust and small bits of debris may settle on your furniture after turning on the heat or air conditioning. Most systems are equipped with throw-away or washable filters. The most commonly used filters have a minimum efficiency reporting value (MERV) rating of 8, which removes approximately 85% of large particles and 50% of small particles. This allows a significant amount of dust to settle into your duct work. Higher MERV ratings will filter more and smaller particles and microorganisms, but they may also make heating and air conditioning systems work harder. This could shorten a system’s life span and result in increased maintenance and repair costs.

Commercial Air cleans ducting systems for both residential and commercial customers, including mobile/manufactured homes, apartment complexes, restaurants, churches, social event venues, office buildings, and industrial settings. If microorganisms need to be removed, we can also sanitize the ducting system after cleaning. Sometimes duct systems are subjected to smoke from outdoor fires. We clean out the smoke particles and treat the ducting to remove the smell of smoke.

Clean ducting systems reduce the occurrence of allergies, respiratory disorders, headaches, sinus congestion, and the spread of illnesses. Get a quote from Commercial Air for duct cleaning and soon you’ll be breathing fresh air again!

I want to commend the service I received from Curtis of Commercial Air.  He was polite, on time and very efficient.  I do appreciate his knowledge.  Thank you

A few years ago when my furnace broke down, another furnace guy, after spending the entire day trying to troubleshoot the problem, finally told me the bad news that it would cost more to fix than replace the furnace.  I decided to get a few estimates considering this is a 7k investment.

I called Commercial Air, and within 10 minutes, they guy showed me the problem, fixed it, and charged me a minimum service charge of $95.  The other guy wanted 6k to replace my furnace.

Curtis was able to come out the same day I called and fix the issue right away.  Very knowledgeable and polite. Explained what the problem was and had heat in less than an hour. I would recommend them.
